Article 1 - General terms of sales appliance

General terms of sales apply to every sales done between, one part, every individual living in the European Union - named "the buyer" - and on another part, the website According to this, they apply to every order done on the website

The website use the online payment system PAYBOX. The buyer can pay his/her order via credit card or Paypal. In case of credit card, the bank information will be transfered, thanks to secured protocol to the bank CIC Lyonnaise de Banque without giving access to a third party person. These information won't never be used on the website, but to complet final order process or to send refund in case of returns, according to the right of retract, or, in case we need to report frauds on the Arpin website to the authorities.

Payments on are credited in Euros. The invoice is edited by the website and can be downloaded in PDF version, directly from the customer account.

Concerning the property, the products are the property of the website until the cashing is complete. However, when shipped, the risks linked to the shipping of the goods are forwarded to the buyer.

Orders made on the website are prepared in our warehouse in a time of 2 working days and after stock confirmation, from the confirmation email of the order. The time frame between an order and its shipping is usually 3 to 5 working days in France, and 5 to 9 days for the other destinations.

A shipping beyond this time can't be a valid reason to cancel an order, to request a discount of the price paid by the buyer, and ask for a refund for dammages and interests. The carrier is UPS and the shipping charges are calculated according to the country/ZIP code, and the weight of the parcel.
