Le remboursement est applicable uniquement lors de l'achat du même tissu au mètre que celui précédemment commandé en échantillon. Le montant remboursé correspond au prix TTC de l'échantillon concerné.

Chaque échantillon ouvre droit à un seul remboursement. En cas de commande de plusieurs échantillons, seuls les échantillons correspondant aux tissus effectivement achetés au mètre pourront faire l'objet d'un remboursement.

Le remboursement est accordé uniquement si la commande du tissu au mètre intervient dans un délai de X mois suivant la commande de l'échantillon.
