Rates are calculated based on country/postal code and package weight.

Standard delivery is free for purchases over €300 shipped to France.

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders on the arpin1817.com website are prepared for departure from our warehouses within a maximum of 2 working days and subject to stock availability, from the order confirmation by e-mail. The average time between placing an order and its delivery is 3 to 5 working days in Metropolitan France and 5 to 9 working days for other destinations.

Exceeding this deadline may not give rise to any cancellation of the order, any reduction in the price paid by the buyer and any payment in damages. However, and in accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, in the event of non-delivery at the end of a period of thirty (30) days from the day after the buyer placed his order, he will have the possibility of cancelling his order free of charge. - Carefully package the product. PLEASE NOTE: For a product to be returned, it must not have been used or washed, and must be returned to us in its original packaging with the labels.

- Attach a copy of the order to the product.

- Stick the return slip on the package and organize the collection or drop it off at the relay point indicated on the return label.

-Upon receipt and validation of the conformity of the product, we will make the refund or exchange.
